Throughout the third quarter of 2022, the top 5 Film & Television apps on iOS in Denmark exhibited diverse performance patterns in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Data from Sensor Tower reveals interesting trends for each app.

HBO Max: Stream TV & Movies experienced a fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $44.6K by the end of September. Weekly downloads saw a notable increase mid-quarter, reaching around 9.6K in the week of August 22. Active users displayed a steady rise, culminating in about 97.2K by the end of the quarter.

Pluto TV: Watch & Stream Live did not generate any revenue during this period. Weekly downloads showed a declining trend from about 9.2K at the start of the quarter to approximately 3K by the last week of September. Active users, however, saw a peak of around 37.5K in mid-September before slightly dropping to 32.8K at the end of the quarter.

Disney+ reported significant weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $241K in the week of September 19. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, hovering around the 4K to 7K range. Active users remained robust throughout the quarter, maintaining an average of over 200K.

TV 2 PLAY Denmark did not show any revenue generation during Q3 2022. Weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of around 9.8K in mid-July before settling to approximately 3.2K by the end of September. Active user numbers were relatively stable, averaging around 60K to 66K throughout the quarter.

DRTV also did not generate any revenue. Weekly downloads were consistent, ranging from about 3K to 4.3K. Active users showed a slight decline, from around 65K at the start of the quarter to approximately 60K by the end.
